We recently had the honor of partnering with our friends MassMedia Marketing, Advertising, PR for their 10th Annual Feed the Masses Food Drive to benefit Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada. This year we matched the funds MassMedia raised in 2021 with a $15,000 donation that helped stock Catholic Charities’ food pantry with 30,000 food items and provided holiday meals to local families in need.

Thank you to MassMedia for facilitating this massive effort. It’s no easy feat to purchase and transport 30,000 food items the week of Thanksgiving! We are also grateful to our partners and friends who make it possible for us to contribute to our community in such an impactful way.

PROPERTY UPDATE! We are excited to share that Mountain's Edge Marketplace has achieved 99% occupancy. With the construction completion, a permanent CMBS loan is in the underwriting process for this development. Completion of this refinance is expected by the end of this month, providing long term strength and stability for our real estate portfolio. Stay tuned for future updates!

Re*****on Nevada has expanded into gaming! Last year we opened Skye Bar & Grill at Skye Canyon Marketplace, our first joint venture tavern with Terrible's. To meet the Las Vegas community’s continued demand for quality dining and gaming in a casual atmosphere, a second tavern location is in development and will be opening early this year. Re*****on Nevada is excited to announce our expanded joint venture portfolio with Terrible's, one of the largest Chevron franchisees in the U.S. Last year we completed the development of four new gas stations/c-stores and three additional Terrible Herbst gas stations/c-stores are now in development and scheduled to open this year.

Re*****on Nevada wrapped up a successful year and is excited to hit the ground running in 2022! We successfully closed escrow on over $118 million of sales, representing 129 acres of land and 195,000 square feet of retail gross leasable area (GLA). The sales comprised of 22 buildings and 78 tenants. This year, we have another $28 million currently in escrow representing an additional 79,000 square feet of GLA. Re*****on Nevada's SanTan Pavilions shopping center will go to market in early February 2021. Re*****on Nevada will handle the opportunity to acquire SanTan Pavilions, a newly constructed shopping center at the southwest corner of Williams Field Road and SanTan Village Parkway in Gilbert, AZ.

SanTan Pavilions consists of 92,677 square feet of retail space that is 98.12% leased to a complimentary collection of tenants led by a 14,228 square foot Trader Joe's, on a lease that runs through March 2029. Notable tenants include Sleep Number, Verizon, Five Guys, CYCLEBAR, StretchLab, Black Rock Coffee Bar Arizona, and Panera Bread. Recently opened At Home and Ashley HomeStore anchor the Property but are not included in the offering.

Walls are officially going up on the new 50,000 SF Urban Air Adventure Park coming to our SanTan Pavilions shopping center in Gilbert, AZ! 🏗️ This marks Urban Air’s 4th location in Arizona. The adventure park will be furnished with wall-to-wall trampoline arenas, dodgeball courts, slam dunk tracks, obstacle courses, an indoor coaster, and more!

COMING SOON! Several new businesses will be joining our Post Pavilion shopping center in Southwest Las Vegas. GOLFTEC will joining the 2,400 sq. ft. in-line retail pad and 7 Leaves Cafe will be entering the freestanding drive thru pad near the entrance. GOLFTEC provides golf lessons, golf instruction and custom fit golf clubs to players of all ages and abilities.

7 Leaves Café, which has locations in California, Nevada and Texas, will offer a variety of milk tea, soy tea, Vietnamese coffee and Japanese matcha tea, with add-ins like boba and grass jelly. The café will also offer macarons made in-house!
