They almost gave up on buying a home.

Then we actually looked at the numbers.

They ended up qualifying for $19,000 in down payment assistance and a 4.875% interest rate. 🏡

Now, that doesn’t mean everyone will qualify for the same programs or the same rate. But it does show why you shouldn’t disqualify yourself before you’ve even had the conversation.
