It’s time to clear out those closets and get ready for the Mountain’s Edge Community Garage Sale! Residents who register will be included on the community garage sale map, helping shoppers easily locate participating homes throughout the neighborhood.

Residents and visitors can also stop by Exploration Peak Park from 10am – 2pm to explore vendor booths and helpful services, including:

🌵 Free succulents provided by BrightView (while supplies last)

🏡 Schedule your next pool cleaning or landscaping service

🎨 Refresh your paint at the Sherwin-Williams table

📋 Receive a $20 off voucher for DRC applications when visiting the MEMA table

The community garage sale map will be shared in the MEMA newsletter on Friday, April 10th, helping residents plan their route and discover participating homes throughout Mountain’s Edge.

Jack Timar asked that this be posted... I had a package delivered yesterday but I think the mail person may have put it in the wrong mailbox. Would have been addressed to either Jack or John on mandarin Falls.

Update***3.3.2026 HOA management sent this today at 3:36pm via email.

Please be advised there was an issue with the updated gate code, and we are currently having the gate vendor address the issue.

The old gate code has been reactivated and tested at the gates.

We will provide updates as soon as possible and notify you of any changes.
