Tuesday was the official closing day for my amazing buyers on this lovely Skye Canyon home. Love their new primary suite walkout deck with city views! What makes this purchase so special is that it was a VA Loan Assumption with an incredibly low interest rate transfering to my buyers. This is my third such transaction and was the quickest one of the three. Such a coveted loan process with a huge “pay it forward” reward but requires patient sellers and buyers due to the 60-90 day timeline. So thankful for another VA Loan Assumption success story for my latest buyers. Welcome Home in Fabulous Las Vegas!

Very exciting news out at Lake Las Vegas. A unique area in the East Las Vegas Valley, its world class views are beyond impressive. I’ve sold one home there (a few years ago in the Country Club section) and always enjoy showing this area to buyers! Looking forward to seeing this project develop!❤️🏡🎰
