This is what closing day really looks like!

Let me give you the rundown of what happens:

1. We head to the house for one last look- also known as a final walkthrough to make sure the home’s in the condition we agreed upon. This could be up to 3 days in advance.

2. Your signing with title with be scheduled and you’ll sign your life away. Come with a well rested hand.

3. You’ll pay your closing fees-You’ll know the cost prior and be able to wire the money to escrow

4. Once all the funds have cleared, everything’s been signed off on the file will be released county recorders office. Once it’s been recorded with the county you then receive your keys!! 🔑 If the file is released later in the afternoon close to EOD you may not get your keys until the following business day!

5. You *finally* get your shiny jingling keys in hand- The keys are all yours! You’ll be handed over everything you need to have possession of your new home
