💭Dreaming of homeownership but wondering what you might have to sacrifice to get there? 🏡 Many opt to skip the daily coffee run ☕or dine out less to save for their future nest. What small luxuries would you give up to unlock the door to your new home?

🏠 Round 2 of “What Kind of House Is That?”

Last week we decoded a few popular home styles, but the list doesn't stop there!

So let's keep going and put a few more of those home-style names into plain English. Because honestly…sometimes the house names need their own translator! 😂

Some home features attract buyers. Others repel them. 🧲➡️🚫

And sometimes, it’s the feature the homeowner thought was awesome!

Let’s look at a few things that can make buyers say, “Next!”

🍂 Thinking About Selling This Fall?

Yes, you absolutely can sell your home in the fall! But the market does have a little bit of a seasonal shift. Buyer activity can cool down, while the number of homes competing for those buyers can increase.

So, if you’re selling this fall, you don’t want your home to become the one buyers scroll past and forget.

The good news? There are several things you can control. And getting these four things right can make a big difference in how your home stands out.

🍂 FALL IS HERE… EVEN IF LAS VEGAS DIDN’T GET THE MEMO! 🎃

It may not exactly be sweater weather yet here in Las Vegas, but that doesn’t mean we can’t start celebrating FALL!

And what better way to do it than with pumpkins, corn mazes, wagon rides, apple c***r donuts and a little good old-fashioned farm fun? 🌽🍎🎃 At the Gilcrease Orchard Fall Harvest

Starting September 26 through October 31, Gilcrease Orchard is bringing all the fall fun with a you-pick pumpkin patch, corn maze, wagon rides, straw maze, live music, fall photo spots and seasonal goodies like apple c***r donuts and caramel apples. 🍎🎃🚜

And let’s be honest… apple c***r donuts in Las Vegas sounds like a pretty good excuse to call it “fall,” even when you’re still wearing shorts. 😂

🏡 Remember when these home features were considered MUST-HAVES?

Well…times change, lifestyles change, and apparently our tolerance for mowing, polishing, and maintaining rooms we barely use has changed too! 😂

According to Realtors, some once-popular home features are losing their appeal with Millennial buyers.

When looking at these - I kind of agree (except I still LOVE the open floor plan).
What once-popular home feature would YOU happily live without? 🏡👇
