The City of Las Vegas, NM is working on a new Comprehensive Plan and wants to hear from the community.

Most lenders recommend that housing costs stay within 30–36% of income, yet 56% of Las Vegas residents are paying more than 30% of their incomes, creating a serious financial burden and making it increasingly difficult for people who live and work here to afford decent housing and remain in the community.

Affordable housing in and around Las Vegas has be a top priority if we want to be a strong, sustainable community.
