Clark County just approved a $90 million housing project. Here's the honest take.
Patriot Housing LV in Sunrise Manor: 348 units, 108 of them transitional housing for veterans, approved 7-0 and expected to finish in 2028 (FOX5, Oct 8, 2026).
What does it do to nearby home values? I don't have data that says either way, and I'd be careful with anyone who says they do. It's rental housing, not houses for sale. For context, the valley has 7,995 houses listed without an offer (Las Vegas REALTORS®, Sept 2026).
