Today we remember those lost on 1 October in Las Vegas. Forever One memorial has been approved and is the design team that has been chosen to create the sacred space of healing. The proposed Memorial will honor the 58 victims of the tragic 1 October event. It is also a place to support their families and survivors, and show gratitude to the emergency responders who assisted during that fateful night. The memorial will provide a space for reflection, grieving, and remembrance of those who lost their lives. It symbolizes the unity of our community as we come together to commemorate the lost, share stories, and connect with others who were similarly affected. 🌹✨

Las Vegas is one of the markets that saw a lot of home values go up really fast during the last couple of years. As we all know, what goes up must come down.

In spite of it all, there's still ways to navigate through all of this. Today more than ever, you need to keep up with the market and team up with positive, knowledgeable & creative people.

For the last 10 years I've been a full time realtor working in Las Vegas. I started right after a lot of people had made some terrible decisions that had really hurt our economy. I was fortunate to work with amazing brokers and realtors who taught me how to navigate that market and helped bring Las Vegas back on it's feet.
Now it all seems to be happening again, but this time it's different.
Sellers have equity in their homes and they are not ready to drop their prices so quickly. Buyers actually have to “qualify”for a loan.
It won't be easy, but nothing worthwhile is.
