📍 Going batty over cords, chargers, and devices? Invest in a charging station for multiple devices to keep gadgets (new and old) under control.⁣

📍 Stay on top of clutter little by little. When you have a few minutes, clean out a drawer here and a cabinet there.⁣

One of the craziest parts of selling is prepping for showings —especially on short notice! The more prep you can have out of the way, the easier it will be and the more confident you will feel presenting your home to prospective buyers.⁣

** PRO TIP: Keep an empty laundry basket ready and waiting as a means of gathering clutter or other miscellaneous items you don't have adequate time to address. As you leave your home, pop the basket in your car along with you to keep the mess out of sight.

Remember buyers are looking at your house — not your housekeeping skills. But you still want your home to look spectacular for every single buyer.

STEPS TO A SHOW-STOPPING HOME SHOWING:⁣

▪ Hide everyday clutter like laundry, towels, dish rags, small appliances, toys, dishes, and pet "stuff."⁣

▪ Replace everyday bath towels with crisp white "show" towels.⁣

▪ Put toilet seats down and take out all the trash.⁣

▪ Clear off and wipe down kitchen and bathroom counters.⁣

▪ Make the beds.⁣

▪ Vacuum and sweep all floors. (Short on time? Go for the main living areas.)⁣
