It's an immeasurable honor when my closest friends look to me to help them find their new home. My friends knew what part of town they wanted to be in and decided to limit their budget to allow for an affordable payment, even though they could qualify for much more. We were able to get them the best house available in the neighborhood with 10k in seller paid closing costs, and just about every possible repair was taken care of by the seller. Price well, present well, and SELL! If you dont, your property may languish on the market, and if your agent cant be honest with you, it may be a far more frustrating journey than necessary and worse yet, far less profitable!
