As a single dad, Father’s Day means a little more to me. It reminds me that some of life’s greatest blessings are found in the everyday moments. The laughs, the conversations, the lessons learned together, and simply being present through every stage of the journey.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to be a father. It’s the role that has taught me the most about patience, strength, resilience, and unconditional love. My kid inspires me to work harder, be better, and never lose sight of what truly matters.

This spot used to be a gas station… now it’s one of the coolest Mid-Century gems out there. That iconic roof? Still stealing the show decades later…

Did you know the current Palm Springs Visitor Center was originally the Tramway Gas Station? Designed by Albert Frey and Robson Chambers in 1965, its iconic hyperbolic paraboloid roof is a true masterpiece of Mid-Century Modern design. As a Realtor with an eye for unique properties, I love seeing how historic preservation keeps our communities vibrant.
