Buying a home in today’s fast-paced sellers’ market is undoubtedly challenging. It’s extremely common all across the nation for buyers in these market conditions to find that they have to submit several offers on different homes before they’re finally able to get one accepted. Low supply and huge demand means sellers are poised to win big in this market. Competing buyers are plentiful and willing to go the extra mile to stand out and secure a contract for your house, which means you’ll likely get to set the terms that work best for you. This includes an increased likelihood that you can get a “lease back” after closing on the sale of your home where you (the seller!) get to stay in the house for an agreed upon period time to give you more time and less stress when moving into your next home.
