How communicative should real estate agents be with their clients? When in escrow, real estate agents should be in constant communication with their clients, especially when there are items that still need to be taken care of. Just because the realtor understands timelines, does not mean the client understands. 30-45 days can go by extremely fast, and clients will be highly stressed during that time, so it’s incredibly important that your realtor is always talking to you throughout the process and not leaving you on an island to worry and stress by yourself..Comment VEGAS if you’re interested in info on Las Vegas Real Estate!.

Should sellers remain in the home during showings? This is a great conversation for the listing agent and seller to have prior to showings. At the end of the day, it’s up to the seller. I’ve had plenty of sellers stay at homes for showing. However, it’s important to give the buyer space to see the home, but also be available to answer any potential questions. This is a question that get's asked all the time. Summerlin is a master planned community in Las Vegas. Summerlin is known for its expansive outdoor recreational amenities, including the 150-mile Summerlin Trail System and dozens of parks that feature basketball, tennis and volleyball courts; baseball, football and soccer fields; pools; playground areas – and more! When it comes to parks and amenities, Summerlin is in a league of its own. Today we are looking at Mesa Park. Mesa Park is the home of Summerlin South Little League. It has three baseball fields, 6 basketball hoops, two playgrounds, two tennis courts, batting cages, and a huge place to play volleyball, football, or soccer in the Mesa Bowl.

Do you need a real estate attorney to purchase a home in Las Vegas? No. In most cases in residential real estate, an attorney is not required. Unlike other states, where by law it may be required, Nevada is not an attorney state. Attorneys are only used in very specific situations. Otherwise, only the realtors and escrow company, as well as a lender, are the ones that handle a real estate purchase. The lawsuits are done (for now) and the associations have settled. The upcoming real estate changes are slated to take place August 17. There are lots of major and minor new rules going into affect, but the biggest two changes for consumers revolve around the new buyer brokerage agreement and the MLS not offering buyer side commissions.
