Zillow lost half a billion dollars buying houses directly from consumers and is ending their iBuyer program. Remember that next time you think about going to their website to look up your Zestimate.

Real estate is a local business. Work with your local agent for best results.

Years ago Zillow co-founder Spencer Rascoff sold his personal home for 40% less than the Zestimate. They didn't learn their lesson.
