Screaming from the rooftops, CONGRATULATIONS to my first-time homebuyers!! We sat down a little over a month ago, they knew exactly what they wanted, and it didn’t take us long to find the perfect home for their family. Finding the home may have happened quickly, but getting to the finish line definitely took some negotiating! I’m so excited for my buyers! We started this journey almost a year ago, initially searching for a condo, which eventually turned into looking for a home, and we ended up finding this completely remodeled, stunning home in Skye Canyon that checked all the boxes. We were able to negotiate over $10,000 off the list price AND get the majority of their closing costs covered! This home is truly perfect and exactly what they ultimately realized they wanted.
