Cynthia Pitts, Broker/Owner - Las Vegas Lifestyles Realty LLC / B 0021074 I received my real estate license in 1989 and became a broker in 1998. When the market and laws changed in 2013 a decision had to be made.

I received a BA in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 1998 and became an ordained minister through the African Methodist Episcopal denomination that same year. Opening Las Vegas Lifestyles Realty, LLC in 2003 with my husband Gilbert was the next step. Do I stay with the lending side or the sales side. I chose real estate sales. rs search for and obtain their first home. I assisted my church in sucessfully navigating the process of building 10 new homes for first-time buyers. However, I do not focus on first-time buyers only; I work with first-time buyers, moving-up buyers, investors, or empty nesters looking to downsize and I take pride in working with sellers to obtain the highest possible sales price for their home. Through my network/relationships with other brokerages and agents I am able to refer buyers and sellers across the United States.
