Just reacting out to update my database on the real estate market. Seems people usually are curious and this is a confusing market climate.

UPDATE:

Inventory is down to just over only 5000 (column 1) homes. Down about 15% (6060) from last month with projected sales of around 1300 (column 5) sales this month.

When its warms up sales are projected to go to conservatively 2500+ units. Just 2 months inventory.

This would be considered a strong sellers market again.

Seller's are discounting their home prices still and offering closing costs still. Data indicates it may be a good time to buy before it gets warm out and this window closes. Pass it on to who be interested in buying or wait a bit to list.

No sales tactics, just providing data to make good real estate decisions. pass it on to anyone who may be interested.
