Let’s all hope this happens. We need rate movement now. With the increase in inventory across the nation in many markets including Nevada, and California, this is what we need to get this market jumping. What is your thought? Do you believe that rate adjustments will supercharge the market?

Fed Gov. Christopher Waller said he thinks the central bank should cut rates next month. Trump has demanded lower borrowing costs in 2025.
