“Versatility is the #1 thing to have in order to adapt to the market now”. - Always love when the G.O.A.T. is at dropping amazing, proven and tested nuggets but this time, on how to get your Listings Sold. Let’s face it, now is the time where we need to get our unrealistic sellers in check, and it’s time we as the trusted professionals sit down and have serious heart to hearts with our sellers and their motivations/ sales price. LVR MLS officially now has 10,000 houses on the market. And no, this is not going to the 2008 industry, it’s just corrected like it does every 5-7 years. I’m excited to see how our agents adapt and persevere, what better way than to hear from Mike about the objections from sellers and how to get over that hurdle. Sabrina, you are always an amazing delight to have here with us! Your energy is so contagious and having a sparkle of you around is always something I look forward to at Mike’s conferences! Can’t wait to see you both in July at Superstar!
