What does a title search check on a home in Sunrise Manor, Las Vegas?

A title search by Platinum Title & Escrow reviews recorded deeds, deeds of trust, reconveyances, judgments, tax records, HOA filings, easements, and plat maps in Clark County to confirm the seller can convey clear title.

Not every cloud on title is a mortgage. Five liens we find most often:
