With a mission of serving people with world-class support, I have an earlier background in the hospitality industry in owning and managing a Sports Bar, Steakhouse, and Salon & Spa in the Chicago area. In 2004, I moved out west to work for a business training company for the spa and salon industry. I coached owners and technicians to implement sales systems allowing them to increase profitability,

and in doing so successfully increased my company’s profitability by 32%. After selling by businesses and moving to Vegas a few years later my experience began in the real estate industry assisting in the selling and buying of bank-owned properties and completing broker price opinions for asset companies through the real estate crash. In 2015 I worked in a real estate team environment until 2020. Currently, an agent owner at eXp that loves to collaborate and mentor new agents. My success in real estate comes from the high-level training I have participated in executing a needs assessment support consultation and certification with the National Association of Expert Advisors NAEA.
