If you’re a Realtor at one of “those” Brokerages. For new agents I call it the year itch. Because maybe you’re finally starting to wonder or maybe you aren’t yet.

What am I getting for the 30%, 40% even 50% of my commission I give away? And if you can’t justify that payment for what you receive in value then you simply shouldn’t pay it anymore. It’s like staying in a bad relationship.

For a few years now, I’ve interviewed probably close to 700-800 licensed agents and students in real estate school, and I’ve hired about 400-450 of them for this exact clarity.

-I’m not telling you this to build our company and
-I’ve hired that many people not because I call myself a good recruiter.

It’s because I actually want Agents to know what I was “LUCKY” enough to be taught. And everything I learned on my own after that. I was extremely lucky!!
If It’s not us please there are other options.

As you may or may not know 8 out of 10 of us don’t make it to their second year. And most of the time not because of any fault of the Agent. Not a number I made up.
