Are you putting all your trust in your Zestimate??

Well, I hate to break it to you, but your Zestimate might be misleading you...

Get this:

1. Our local market is a mystery to Zillow.

One huge reason your Zestimate could be off is that it’s in the dark about hyper-local market conditions. It’s like navigating a new city without GPS – it finds itself going in circles.

2. Your home is unique; Zestimate algorithms don’t recognize that.

Zestimate algorithms are oblivious to what makes your home unique. They rely heavily on publicly available data, missing out on your home’s special features and upgrades.

3. Zillow has admitted they’re not always accurate. 

Zestimate has reported that Zestimates are a “starting point” and not meant to replace a formal appraisal.

You read that right! Hiring a new agent is the way to go… let me explain.

• Hungry & Motivated: A hungry and motivated agent means more money saved and less headaches for you! Most new agents have an abundance of both of these qualities (I know I do!). Meanwhile, established agents are satiated and are often times motivated by other things since they already achieved success in their real estate business. While they’re still great, you may not feel the passion and excitement as much as you would with a newbie like me.

• TIME: Being new, I don’t have multiple transactions calling for my attention or clients needing my love. I just have you! So, I am able to dedicate much more time to you than an established agent could.

• Brokers to Lean On: This is a huge deal. I split my commission 50% with my broker who has been in the industry since before I was born. She has experienced just about everything there is to experience in the real estate world and I get to see these things through her eyes.

Hiring me means you get the best of both worlds… a young, hungry, and motivated new agent plus an experienced and knowledgeable broker!

So, if you’re thinking of hiring a real estate agent and are debating on who to choose, I encourage you to at least give a newer agent (like me) a shot… you may be surprised at what we have to offer! 🥰
