Wow, this one really surprised me.
232 Meyers Ave in Henderson was listed at $279K and ended up getting nearly 15 offers. At first, we were planning to go with a cash buyer, but we ended up accepting a strong conventional offer with great terms for the seller.

There’s always a little risk with conventional loans, but these buyers were total pros and made everything smooth.

Huge thanks to the buyers agent team at Luxury Estates International for the professionalism. This just proves buyers are still out there and willing to pay top dollar…we closed at $331K, that’s $52K over list, almost 20% over asking. Wahoo!
