As the approaches, make sure any short-term rentals you may have booked - especially in Clark County - have a license! This new law supposed to go into effect July 1, and code enforcement will be out trying to shut them down!

Currently a little less than 9000 short term rentals on Airbnb and vrbo and there’s only going to be 2800 licenses. You do the math.
