Cody has been with us from November of 2020 and has done a really good job keeping our crews busy and efficient. His employees love him and so do our Clients. Smith & Associates Land Surveying 2024 Christmas Dinner. What a great dinner this year. Morton's was incredible and we will consider this venue again. Thank you to all that came and enjoyed and thank you to everyone for an amazing year. Bring on 2025!

We had the honor of attending The Canyon at Ascaya Groundbreaking Ceremony yesterday! Sadly, the weather had other plans, so we had to celebrate inside one of the model homes up on Rockstream Drive.

It's truly amazing to look out over the valley and see how much is going on and how many of the lots we've mapped are currently under construction.

The entire development is absolutely breathtaking!

The City of Henderson Animal Care and Control put on an absolutely wonderful Golden Knight & Silver Knight combined signing event to bring more attention to their amazing shelter!

We want to especially thank Michael Amadio, Mason Geertsen, Ben Hutton, Gage Quinney, Nicholas Roy, Logan Thompson, Zach Whitecloud, Jake Bischoff and their dedicated families for making this possible!

One last honorable mention goes to our leading lady here at Smith & Associates, Mel Smith! Without her constant efforts to get these animals adopted, her extensive volunteered time, her involvement in the community and love for animals of all shapes and sizes this may not have been possible either!
