Good Afternoon Tenants, Homeowners, and Property Managers,

The Manhattan Homeowners Association will be conducting a site-wide fire alarm monitoring inspection in coordination with the Clark County Fire Department. Our fire alarm vendor, ABS, will begin these inspections on Wednesday, October 14, 2026.

As part of the inspection process, ABS will be required to send four (4) signals per building to verify communication between each building's fire alarm system, the central monitoring station, and the Clark County Fire Department. During testing, the building fire alarm system will sound for a short period of time.

Due to the property consisting of ten (10) buildings, it is possible that testing may continue into Thursday, October 15, 2026, in order to complete all required inspections.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this important life-safety system testing.

Water shut off
I just noticed in Aol that the HOA sent a notice about a water shut down for building 32. Since I don't check my email that often I might have missed it so I'm posting it here for others who don't check their email often.

Dear Homeowners and Residents of Building 32,

Please be advised that there will be a scheduled water shut-off for Building 32 on Monday, October 12, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

The water service interruption is necessary to accommodate an emergency water repair within a homeowner’s unit. In order for the repair to be completed safely and effectively, the Association must temporarily shut off the water supply to the entire building.

We understand that this inconvenience may impact your daily routine and appreciate your patience and cooperation while this important repair is completed.

Please plan accordingly and ensure that any water needed during this time is stored in advance. Water service will be restored as soon as the work is completed. If repairs are completed earlier than anticipated, water service may be restored before 1:00 PM.
