Closing day! Congratulations to my clients in closing on their new home today! My motto when looking for homes with clients is “What is meant for you, will be for you!” We were competing against other buys in this market and price range. We had 2 other offers denied on 2 other homes. My clients would get excited and be let down when I told them our offer wasn’t accepted. I kept a positive attitude and told them what is meant to be, will be and that means there’s something better in store for you! Remember my clients from my first closing of today? Congratulations again to those same clients on the purchase of their new home!!! In today’s market we knew it would be a little difficult to get an offer accepted on a home while trying to sell their current home. This home came back on the market after falling out of escrow the day we viewed it. They fell in love and I acted quickly. With the assistance of our preferred lender I quickly to write up a competitive offer. After a few days of negotiations with the sellers, our offer was accepted and they didn’t pay a dime over asking price! We were able to close on both the sale of their home and the purchase of their new home in under 30 days!
