Day 1 of seeing if I can put $100,000 back into the pockets of military families in 1 year via Real Estate
I’ve built a business connecting military and veteran families to real estate teams that I personally trust nationwide.
I like to say I’m your “bodyguard” in the process, meaning my job is to be your advocate and connector - helping you avoid bad representation and make sure you’re taken care of every step of the way.
It’s my goal to ensure you’re being represented by real estate professionals who are great at their job and understand the military community.
But that’s not enough. Therefore, I’ve built partnership agreements with agents across the country to give back to military families. Literally.
Eligible clients may receive a closing cost credit provided directly by the agent, subject to state law and lender approval. Credit amounts are based on the home purchase price and range from $200 up to $5,000.
That credit can be used toward closing costs - putting money back in your pocket - or, at your request after closing, donated by The Vermeer Group in an equivalent amount to a military-based nonprofit.
It’s my mission to exceed $100,000 of total credit given back to military families in 1 year.
For the next 365 days, I will be documenting my journey to give back to our military families via real estate.
