A new amenity just landed at The Henry.

We’ve carved out a dedicated food-truck court at 2200 Highland, adding two on-site truck positions available for weekly or monthly rental. One of the spaces was claimed within the first three days of becoming available, long before this announcement could even make it to market. Soon, the Tasty Taco truck will be serving daily on the property.

It’s one more reason tenants appreciate The Henry — curated executive offices, thoughtful shared amenities, and now a rotating lineup of on-site food options. And if you’re not already here, it’s at least a good excuse to stop by and try the tacos for yourself.

For nearly a decade, a prime retail space sat vacant on one of Las Vegas’ busiest corners—hidden in plain sight, despite being part of a thriving grocery-anchored center.

That changed when we took over. Just 8 weeks later, the space was leased.

The vacancy was a tough one: a shell left over from a demising effort that created The Mad Greek (now Black Bear Diner). It lacked power, water, HVAC, restrooms—you name it. Nearly all infrastructure needed to make it usable simply wasn’t there.

We suspected the square footage was off, so we brought in a local architectural firm. Turns out it was 3,924 SF—not 3,712 SF.

For the landlord, that extra 212 SF added $7,600+ in year 1 base rent, nearly $92K over 10 years, and more than $150K in asset value. All uncovered just by doing the work.

We launched a full repositioning: custom property website, drone and pro ground photography, brochures, virtual tour, and lead tracking with real-time updates to the landlord. Honest marketing. Targeted outreach.

Activity followed immediately. Multiple offers came in. The selected tenant was ultimately sourced directly from our internal client list.

Not luck. Just experience, strategy, and ex*****on—put to work.
