The position entails communicating with customers. A positive outlook on housing and lodging clients. Be open minded about all type of properties. Have knowledge about the loan and programs available. Acknowledge the necessity of title and escrow.

Building a good relationship with the team such as Broker, Team Lead and Transaction Coordinators.

Network with customer on a day to day basis. Educate customer about the importance of hiring a professional to assist in their housing transaction. Attend all the meetings and trainings provided by the office. Maintain their continuing education requirements for compliancy.

Makes an effort to do open houses and door knocking. Answer customer questions about the current market statistics. Share to customer lender and title information and answer questions they may have relating to it. Taking down customer information and inputing to MLS. Call the customer to schedule appointment to view properties. Call the agents to confirm the appointments requested by the customer.

Preparing documents with Transaction Coordinator for the customer to sign. Have a safe and open minded showing of the properties. Help customer navigate, narrow and select from the search. Open escrow with Transaction Coordinator and begin the process.

Assist customer to the signing of their property and key hand off.
