Andrea Conway, a native resident of Las Vegas, has led a nearly 20 year career in sales and marketing, 16 of which have been in the real estate industry. In 2022, Andrea joined THE Brokerage, A Real Estate Firm® following her successful 10 year career with Guardian Realty Group & Province Real Estate, where she helped guide clients through real estate purchase, sale, and rental transactions. Prior
to that, Andrea worked for several years at a private real estate lending & investment firm where she consulted with a client-base of over 800 investors, and worked in the strategic marketing and public affairs departments for a publicly traded homebuilder. With an MBA in marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), Andrea was excited to bring her experience to THE Brokerage to further benefit her clients and help them achieve their real estate goals. THE Brokerage and Andrea's philosophies are based on both honesty and integrity, with the goal to make sure every client's individual needs are met while making the process and transaction go as smoothly as possible.
