Frank Wyatt, Pinnacle’s founder and President, graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1974. After working both as a licensed professional engineer and later as a licensed contractor on large multi-family residential projects, Mr. Wyatt formed Pinnacle Homes in 1992. One year later Danny Martter, the Vice President and Co-Owner of Pinnacle Homes, joined Frank as the company began to expand. Martter attended the University of Texas and founded his own post-tension concrete contracting firm, wherein he began his early career on projects that ranged from Southern Nevada to South Florida. Martter’s portfolio of projects includes complex high rise structures up to 17 stories. The technical background and experience at Pinnacle Homes has enabled us to develop a thorough system of managing the design and construction of the homes we build. Martter have maintained a philosophy of “Quality First” throughout the evolution of Pinnacle Homes. We simply will not overload our own staff and subcontractors with more homes than we can properly manage, thus insuring the end product is the best we are able to produce. The Pinnacle Homes team starts with our well trained staff of professionals who manage the design and construction process and also serve the buyer after move-in. We make every effort humanly possible to take care of our buyers at every point of the process. Pinnacle Homes has also taken great care in selecting a team of quality oriented subcontractors who will be there when you need them after the sale. Energy efficiency is a huge priority at Pinnacle Homes. We recognize that through proper design, quality control, and construction, an energy efficient home offers a substantial value to the homeowner for the life of the home, therefore we have created the Pinnacle Plus program. Pinnacle Plus advantages include insulation appropriate for the desert climate, low-e “smart” windows, 13.00 SEER condensing unit(s) zoned for comfort, air tight thermal envelope and ducts, and tankless water heaters.
