📈 Commercial property prices up 2.1% YoY in March — strongest gain since late 2022 (MSCI-RCA)
🏭 Prologis: record 64M sq ft leased in Q1 2026 — same-store NOI up 8.8% — industrial vacancy likely peaked
⛽ CPI up 0.9% in March, but core inflation held at 2.6% YoY — an energy shock, not a broad spiral
😶 Consumer sentiment at a 74-year low — retail sales up 1.7% for the sixth straight month
🏘️ Apartment on-time rent payments at 84.5% in April — sixth consecutive monthly increase
