It is a proven fact that almost 90% of all prospective tenants begin their search online, and it is also a fact that the more pictures a listing has more people will view it and spend more time looking at your home. We also make sure that there is a virtual tour of all listings which is added to all advertising. The more people who view your property, the faster it will get rented and for the maximum amount the market will allow. We assist owners in setting the price on the rental based on a study of the comparable in the community the home is located, the time of year, and the number of vacant rentals in the area around your home. A properly priced home rents faster than an overpriced one. We also do an extensive walk through of the property, prior to listing it for rent, to ensure the property is in good rent-able condition and advising the owner of any necessary repairs.
