So excited for my buyers who officially closed on their brand new home! We toured communities, compared builders, picked the right home, and made sure everything stayed on track all the way to closing day.

New construction can be an amazing option, but walking into a builderā€™s sales office without your own representation isnā€™t something I recommend.

Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial moves you'll ever make. So don't pick your agent by accident. Not because a friend liked them, not because they have a big following, not because they answered first.

Interview them. It's your money on the line.

Ask how they communicate. Ask what their process looks like from offer to close. Ask how many clients they carry at once. Ask if they've actually sold in the city you're buying or selling in, because local knowledge changes everything.

A great agent won't flinch at those questions. They'll be glad you asked. You're trusting someone with one of the biggest decisions of your life. You deserve to know exactly who that is.
