For 30 days we’re texting all day, every day…

House links.
Inspection questions.
Contract updates.
Random panic attacks.
Celebration texts.

Then closing day happens and suddenly it’s quiet.

Of course, quiet usually means they’re busy enjoying their new home, which is exactly what I want.
