Calling the master plan community of Summerlin his home for a majority of his life, the area is as familiar to him as his own backyard. He specializes in all villages of Summerlin such as, The Ridges, Red Rock Country Club, Summerlin Centre, The Paseos, The Vistas, The Arbors, The Willows, The Trails, and the Hills. On any given day, Gavin can be found driving the city ensuring he is knowledgeable of every notable home on the market. It is a diligence and work ethic he has practiced since before he obtained his real estate license at 19, all while balancing his High School and College course load.
