Betsy Sullivan brings experience in both commercial lending and residential appraisal operations and has been part of the AAA AMC team for approximately three years. She currently serves as an Appraisal Coordinator, where her primary responsibility is helping ensure the timely delivery of appraisal reports to clients.

Known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to build strong relationships with appraisers, Betsy enjoys helping borrowers and appraisers successfully navigate challenges throughout the appraisal process.

Outside of work, Betsy enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, being outdoors with her dogs at the beach or in the woods, and spending quality time with her family. She is also a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
