Dave West has worked in the mortgage industry since 1998. Starting as a loan officer, Dave gained experience in sales, underwriting, and reviewing appraisal roles with multiple lenders, banks, and AMC’s.
He has been a QC reviewer for the past 17 years and currently serves as an In-House Review Appraiser at AAA AMC, where he reviews appraisal reports for compliance with GSE, HUD, and lender guidelines.
