When interviewing an agent, and they're showing you their client reviews and sales, ask them if these are all their own sales that they worked from beginning to end, and if the reviews are from their actual clients that they personally handled.
One of the deceptive tricks that agents use is that they will lead you to believe that their sales and reviews are their own, when an actual often times it is the compilation of their team or company sales and reviews. ๐ฐ
Don't get tricked into hiring an inexperienced agent because they misled you about their experience and social proof. Ask these important questions and save yourself from hiring a rookie when you think you're getting somebody highly experienced!
