Sometimes the road to SOLD has a few unexpected turns.
10248 Amber Hue fell out of escrow on July 3. Not exactly the news a seller wants to hear — especially when that seller lives out of state and is handling the sale of his mom’s home as trustee of her estate.
But we didn’t lose momentum.
Just 5 days later, on July 8, we were under contract with NEW buyers.
And the ending couldn’t have been better:

📅 Closed July 29 — 8 days ahead of our projected August 6 closing
❤️ And a wonderful couple who are downsizing now gets to call Sunset Mesa home.
