🚨 BIG THINGS ARE HAPPENING IN THE LAS VEGAS ARTS DISTRICT! 🎨✨

The Arts District is entering an exciting new chapter. Property owners have officially launched a petition effort to establish a Business Improvement District (BID) — creating an opportunity for those invested in the neighborhood to work together on its continued growth and future.

As Sam Cherry shared with FOX5 Las Vegas:
“The Arts District has reached a point where the people who have invested in this neighborhood need a sustainable way to invest together in its future.”

A BID could provide the structure to pool resources, establish priorities and deliver results — from cleaner and safer streets to stronger businesses, better public spaces and more reasons for people to spend time in the Arts District.

Good news for the Good Word! 🎉

The Las Vegas City Council just voted to approve two new tenants for the Good Word Club, a new gathering place under construction, in the Historic Westside. ✨

They are:
-Holiday Bistro, a restaurant 🍽️
-Tappy Hour, a bar 🍹

Creating opportunities for small businesses to grow, the Good Word Social Club at 1122 D St. will feature a mix of local vendors. Construction on the building is expected to be done this fall.
