Our Unit flooded with f***l contaminated water on Sunday March 2. When we contacted Eli (head of HOA) we were told to tell tenant to " stop using that bathroom". Absolutely disgusting behavior from someone in charge. This building has had plumbing issues for all the years we've owned. All our HOA $$ isn't fixing anything. They won't take accountability and gas light owners. This isn't a blocked pipe due to tissues being flushed..
