🏘️ When two people (plus a dog) have very different visions for their new home in retirement, it makes for an interesting real estate search!

They had a vision for their Last Vegas area dream home. But it was different for each of them.

SHE wanted: a pool, something that needed very little updating, and a yard for their sweet pup.

HE wanted: a fixer upper, lots of space to putter in the yard, HOA with low or no cost.

After looking at 16 homes (including one marathon day where we saw 9!), they each found a place, but couldn't agree on which one to buy.

So... we got them a short term rental, started over, and eventually closed on the perfect home for BOTH of them.
