Some dates aren't simply written in history. They are written on our hearts.
It’s a day we can still see, hear, and feel.
Nearly 3,000 families lost someone they loved.
We witnessed unimaginable evil
but we also witnessed extraordinary courage, sacrifice, and unity.
People helped strangers. Communities came together. American flags were everywhere. We remembered that despite our differences, we belonged to one another.
Learn their stories. Say their names. Understand what happened. And carry the memory forward.
Remember them. Honor them.
Never forget.

This sweet boy was found near Sand Hill Road and Russell Road at approximately 8:15 p.m. on September 10. He was running in the street and nearly hit by a car.

He is not microchipped, but he is safe with Bella and me. He appears well cared for, is potty trained, and gets along well with other dogs. Someone must be missing him terribly!

OFF-MARKET EAST SIDE HIDDEN GEM

How often do you get the chance to own just over a full acre in the heart of Las Vegas with the property stretching from one block to the next?

🛏️ 4 bedrooms
🛁 4 bathrooms
🏠 Casita
🏊‍♀️ Pool
🚗 3-car garage
🛠️ Multiple work sheds
🚐 Room for RVs, boats, toys, trailers, and more
🌳 Mature landscaping + serious outdoor space
🚫 NO HOA

And then there’s the part I LOVE…
THE POSSIBILITIES.
Another house?
Another casita?
A massive workshop?
RV and boat storage?
Multi-generational living?
Your own private compound?

Vegas keeps growing. Large parcels in the middle of town aren’t exactly multiplying. 😉

If you’ve been waiting for something that DOESN’T look like every other house on Zillow… this is it.

📲 DM me “OWN THE BLOCK” for price, details, and a private showing.

It is more than a three-day weekend.
More than the unofficial end of summer.
And more than a day off.
Labor Day is about people. Its story goes back to September 5, 1882, when thousands of workers marched through the streets of New York City in what became the first widely recognized Labor Day celebration.
These were ordinary working people. People who worked incredibly long hours, often under dangerous conditions, trying to provide for their families.
They organized and fought for something better.
Safer workplaces.
Shorter working hours.
Fairer wages.
And greater protections for the American worker.
Then, in 1894, the Pullman Strike became a major nationwide railroad conflict.
Shortly afterward, President Grover Cleveland signed legislation making Labor Day a federal holiday, celebrated on the first Monday in September.
Generations later, America's workers are still all around us. And here in Las Vegas, you don't have to look very far.
Look at our skyline.
Every hotel.
Every high-rise.
Every stadium.
Every road.
Behind them are thousands of people who showed up,
Then there are the people who keep those buildings running after the construction crews leave.
The housekeeper, porter, the person cleaning the hallway at midnight when almost nobody notices.
The barista makes your coffee at six in the morning. The fast-food worker is handing you dinner after you've had a long day.
The mechanic. The flagger standing in the Las Vegas heat.
And the crossing guard making sure somebody else's child gets safely across the street.
Some jobs happen in front of thousands of people.
Others happen when no one is looking. But every one of them matters.
Because cities aren't built by buildings. Communities aren't built by corporations.
And Las Vegas didn't become Las Vegas by itself.
Thank you to the millions of people who get up every day and simply do the work. This Labor Day, here's to the people behind the scenes.
THANK YOU!
