Congrats to my buyer Rey on the purchase of his 1st home 🏡.
Rey was introduced to me by a previous client of mine after his previous deal went south just a few months prior to meeting with me. After a lengthy discussion we set up a game plan and with the help of we made sure the deal would get done this time around.
When the trust is broken and promises are not kept it adds another level of difficulty to any deal. But after peeling away the layers and correcting what ever bad experience buyer had previously I’m happy to report we negotiated $11,500k off list price and manage to get 6k towards buyers closing cost. Not to mention the killer % rate.
