Since 2013, Marisa Kagan has been a realtor, broker-salesperson, and property manager although she recently sold her portfolio in order to pursue international real estate opportunities. As a real estate agent, she provides her clients with the most enjoyable experience possible, helping educate them on all aspects of the current market conditions, property values, and loans suitable to their needs and desires, and providing insight into the communities of interest to them. With a lifetime of contract negotiation and client representation experience, she has the necessary skill set to assist her clients with their real estate needs from start to finish whether buying or selling a home, commercial property, or land. Committed to education, she holds the CRS®, C-RETS®, SRS® and CIPS® designations. She is very involved in global real estate, currently serving as the National Association of REALTORS® Global Ambassador to Italy, Portugal, and Spain, and previously served on the board of FIABCI-USA (International Real Estate Federation) as a representative for Region 4. She is a proud member of AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America), LGBTQ+, NAHREP (The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals), and NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers). She speaks English, Italian, Spanish, and French and is learning Portuguese.
