First time buyers are my absolute favorite but also the most complex and stressful especially when the clients are one of your good friends! I had high blood pressure and tension in my whole body all month but we made it! It is so much more rewarding when I know where we started. came to me almost a year ago when the person they were renting their house from decided they were gonna sell it, and they were forced to move and said they could not do it anymore. I hooked them up with for Credit Repair and then once January came, I filed their taxes, connected them with to get pre approved and we made it to the closing table! I am so happy for the both of you and your growing family and so blessed that I was able to help you make it happen! I love you both and all your kids as if you come from my own family and I appreciate you guys trusting me from beginning to end! Who’s next?
