Honestly, the win on this one was so much more than just getting my client a “good deal”.

This one required to upmost precision and professionalism on all ends. Not only was my client relocating from out of state (which means everything needed to be done virtually), she was also selling her home in another state without a realtor at the same time that she was buying a townhome with a non-warrantable loan that needed to close within 30 days AND her original lender quit the morning we went under contract 😅
If you’re in this business, I know you just gasped 😂

When I tell you every single day mattered, I mean EVERY SINGLE DAY MATTERED 😅

Kat Alvarez stepped up to the plate in the 9th inning and hit a grand slam out of the park to get this done for us in record timing 🙌🏻
